How do I place an order?
All orders are processed through WhatsApp to ensure personalized service. Simply browse our hampers, click "Order via WhatsApp", and our team will confirm availability, payment, and delivery details with you directly.
What are your delivery locations?
We deliver across Kenya! We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi and its environs (for orders placed before 11:00 AM). Deliveries to other cities and counties typically take 24-48 hours via trusted courier services like Wells Fargo or G4S.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees vary based on location. Within Nairobi CBD, delivery starts from KSh 300. For areas outside Nairobi or other counties, our team will provide the exact courier fee during the WhatsApp order confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Till Number provided during checkout on WhatsApp), Airtel Money, and bank transfers. For diaspora clients buying gifts for loved ones in Kenya, we can also process payments via Sendwave, Remitly, or card links upon request.
Can I customize a hamper?
Absolutely! We love creating custom hampers. Visit our "Custom Box" page and send us a WhatsApp message with your budget, recipient details, and specific items you'd like included. We'll curate options just for you.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes, we provide bulk corporate hampers for employees, clients, and events. We can incorporate your company branding and colors. Please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance for bulk orders.
Are the products exactly as shown in the pictures?
We strive to make every hamper exactly as pictured. However, occasionally certain items (like a specific flavor of chocolate or color of a mug) might be out of stock. If this happens, we will replace it with an item of equal or greater value and inform you beforehand.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes! Every hamper comes with a complimentary gift card. You can provide your personal message when placing your order on WhatsApp, and we will handwrite it for you.
