However, some items in our hampers (such as fresh flowers or specific chocolate brands) are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, ensuring the overall aesthetic and theme of the hamper is maintained.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed offline or via mobile money (M-Pesa) after your order details are confirmed over WhatsApp. A deposit may be required before customized boxes are prepared.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and delivery information for all purchases made with our store. Incorrect delivery addresses may result in delays or additional delivery charges.
