Delivery Areas
DigiInsta primarily serves Nairobi and its environs. We also offer next-day delivery via reliable parcel services to major towns across Kenya including Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisumu, and Eldoret.
Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi)
We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi for all orders placed and confirmed before 1:00 PM on working days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be scheduled for the next working day, unless specially arranged via our WhatsApp support.
Delivery charges within Nairobi are calculated based on the recipient's exact location (via Uber/Bolt package delivery rates or our in-house riders).
Custom Boxes
Custom hampers may require an additional 24 hours to source specific personalized items (e.g., custom engraved glasses, specific premium spirits). Please order well in advance for personalized items.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (which often include perishables like flowers and chocolates, and personalized items), we do not accept returns once a hamper has been successfully delivered and accepted.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item arrives damaged, or if the wrong hamper was delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via WhatsApp with photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement item, a partial refund, or a store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched. Once a custom box is in the preparation stage or a ready-to-ship hamper has left our premises, cancellations are no longer accepted.
